Corpus Christi Prayer Group

Wednesday 8th February 7pm: Eucharistic Healing Service
Fr Angelus will be leading us in an evening of prayer for healing in all aspects of our lives. The Blessed Sacrament will be exposed with the opportunity to come forward and receive a blessing as we kneel in prayer before Christ. This is always a grace-filled evening, so I hope you can all join us.

Wednesday 15th February 7pm: Adoration, Prayer and Praise
We will pray together in word and song tonight in front of the Blessed Sacrament, during this evening of meditation and adoration. We will reflect on scripture and lay our intercessions before the Lord.

Notre Dame de Vie Retreat: Finding God Everywhere

Boars Hill Carmelite Priory
17-19th February 2012‏

A (partly) silent week-end retreat with Members of Notre Dame de Vie Institute and Matt Blake OCD.  This will be a prayerful weekend for all exploring the teaching of Venerable Fr Marie-Eugene OCD (founder of Notre Dame de Vie) on the integration of prayer and life.  Boars Hill is a beautiful location, and this retreat is a fantastic way to prayer and relax together before we enter the season of Lent

Please see the attached programme for more information

This week-end retreat is open to all. To sign up, please contact the priory directly by clicking on the following link:

40 Days for Life Banquet

40 days for life London is hosting their first Banquet in London on the evening of 11th February at 6pm in Westminster Cathedral Hall, London. Shawn Carney and David Bereit, the founders of 40 days for life will be attending the banquet. Since David and Shawn started 40 days for life in 2007, they have built a grass roots organization of 500,000 leading to the saving of 5,000 lives, the closing of 19 abortion clinics and the conversion of 63 abortion workers. I have no doubt that both David and Shawn will inspire every single person who attends this unique and life changing event! This could be a pivotal moment in the ending of abortion in the United Kingdom.
